This Course provides the training required to competently and safely blend High Quality scuba gases including but not limited to Tri-Mix, Heliox and Heli-air. The
typical course schedule is approximately 6 hours
long. It is broken down in to three parts, classroom
discussion, practical application - i.e. blending
mixes, and a final exam. |

Cost: $ 300.00 Minimum Age: 15 years old Prerequisite Certification: Nitrox Diver and 25 logged dives Number of Dives: 4 Course Objectives: To train divers in the benefits, proper procedures and possible hazards for utilizing EAN 21 through 100% (oxygen) for dives not requiring staged decompression. Qualification of Graduates: Upon successful completion of this course, graduates may engage in diving activities utilizing EAN 21 through 100% (oxygen) without direct supervision. And are qualified to enroll in the following courses: Decompression Procedures Diver, Extended Range Diver What’s NOT Included: The cost of gasses. Average cost is around $ 60.00 |
The course examines the use of EAN 21 through 100% (oxygen) for optimal mixes to a depth of 150 ft. / 45 m. A typical course schedule is a half-day in the classroom in the morning, then in to the water to make the first two dives in the afternoon. The next morning back into the water for two more dives, followed by a quick review and final exam in the afternoon. The dives can be done in your own gear or we can supply Tek rigs i.e. Back Plates, Wings, Doubles and Regulators for you to do the dives in at no extra charge. The dives are normally done in front of the Dive Shop you are diving with. We try to do one of the dives at the “Coopers Barge” a Wreck that lies at a depth of 120 to 150 ft. |

Introduction: This course examines the theory, methods and procedures of planned stage decompression diving. Minimum Age: 18 years old Minimum course hours: 6 hours minimum Minimum Number of Dives: 4 Student to Instructor in Water Ratio: 4 to 1 Prerequisite Certification: Diver certification and 25 logged dives Course Objectives: To train divers how to plan and conduct a standard staged decompression dive not exceeding a maximum depth of 150 ft. / 45 m. The most common equipment requirements, gear set-ups, decompression techniques and decompression mixtures (including nitrox mixes and oxygen) are presented Qualification of Graduates: Upon successful completion of this course, graduates may engage in decompression diving activities utilizing air, nitrox or oxygen without direct supervision. And enroll in the following courses: Advanced Nitrox Diver, Extended Range Diver, Advanced Wreck Diver, and Entry Level Trimix |

Introduction: This course provides training and experience required to competently utilize air for dives up to 180 ft. / 55 m. that require staged decompression, utilizing nitrox mixtures or oxygen during decompression Minimum Age: 18 years old Minimum course hours: 8 hours minimum Minimum Number of Dives: 6 with a minimum accumulated bottom time of 100 minutes. All dives must be deeper than 100ft. 30 m. with 4 dives deeper than 130 ft. / 40 m. No more than 2 dives may be credited from previous training) Student to Instructor in Water Ratio: 4 maximum Prerequisite Certification: Certification as an Advanced Nitrox Diver AND Decompression Procedures Diver. And 100 logged dives, of which 25 must be deeper than 100Ft. / 30 m. Course Objectives: To train divers in the proper techniques, equipment requirement, and possible hazards of deep air diving to a maximum depth of 180 Ft. / 55 m. and utilizing nitrox mixtures and or oxygen for staged decompression Qualification of Graduates: Upon successful completion of this course, graduates may engage in technical extended range diving activities without direct supervision. And enroll in the following courses: Advanced Wreck Diver, Entry Level Trimix Diver, and Advanced Trimix Diver |

Introduction: The Entry Level Trimix Diver course provides the training required to competently and safely utilize breathing gases containing helium for dives that require staged decompression, utilizing nitrox mixtures and or oxygen during decompression to a maximum depth of 200 ft. / 60 m. Minimum Age: 18 years old Minimum course hours: 8 hours minimum Minimum Number of Dives: 4 with a minimum accumulated bottom of time of 100 minutes, with at least 2 dives deeper than 130 ft. / 40m. Student to Instructor in Water Ratio: 4 maximum Prerequisite Certification: Minimum certification as an Advanced Nitrox Diver AND Decompression Procedures Diver. And a minimum of 100 logged dives Course Objectives: To train divers in the benefits, proper procedures, and possible hazards of utilizing custom oxygen / helium / nitrogen mixtures as breathing gases Qualification of Graduates: Upon successful completion of this course, graduates may engage in technical diving activities utilizing custom Trimix mixtures without direct supervision |

Introduction: This is an entry level certification course for recreational divers wishing to utilize the Drager Nitrox Semi-Closed Circuit Rebreathers Minimum Age: 15 years old Minimum course hours: 6 hours minimum Minimum Number of Dives: 4 (with a minimum of 100 minutes of accumulated bottom time) Student to Instructor in Water Ratio: 6 to 1 maximum Prerequisite Certification: Minimum certification of Nitrox Diver Course Objectives: To train recreational divers in the benefits, proper procedures, and possible hazards for using a Drager Dolphin or Ray Semi-closed Circuit Rebreather Qualification of Graduates: Upon successful completion of this course Graduates may engage in diving activities utilizing the Dolphin to a maximum depth of 130ft. / 40 m. or the Ray to 72 ft. / 22 m. (or 130 ft. / 40 m. if upgraded) |
